CLONE MACHINE — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By installing or using Clone Machine ("the Software") you agree
to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT. Upon purchase of a license, Browning PC, LLC grants you a personal,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one individual to install and use the
   Software on computers you own or operate, including computers you service for your
   clients. A free time-limited trial is provided for evaluation.

2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or
   license keys; share license keys; or remove copyright/branding. You may not reverse
   engineer the Software except to the extent applicable law permits despite this limit.

3. THE SOFTWARE ERASES DISKS BY DESIGN. Clone Machine reads and writes raw disks and,
   when instructed, PERMANENTLY OVERWRITES the contents of target disks. You are solely
   responsible for selecting the correct source and target disks, for maintaining
   independent backups, and for verifying results before relying on them.

4. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY
   OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BROWNING
   PC, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
   BROWNING PC, LLC OR ITS OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS,
   BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
   PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
   POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BROWNING PC, LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT
   EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

6. PRIVACY. The Software runs entirely on your computer. It does not collect, transmit,
   or "phone home" any data. License validation happens offline.

7. TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon
   termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

8. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA,
   without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts
   serving Lowndes County, Georgia.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. This is the
entire agreement regarding the Software.
